Pick up your vehicle : On the agreed date, collect your vehicle and start your rental period with peace of mind.
Manage your monthly package : Every 30 days, pay the agreed lump sum and provide information on the vehicle's condition and mileage
Return your vehicle : At the end of your contract, simply return the vehicle. Your contract renews automatically and is tacitly renewed for the same amount each month, giving you hassle-free continuity in your mobility.

🧐Your questions
Can I cancel my Moovy by Europcar Guyane subscription ?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription free of charge, provided that you send an e-mail to reservation@europcar-guyane.com 7 calendar days before the scheduled pick-up date. If you cancel less than 7 days before the scheduled pick-up date, you will be required to pay a penalty equivalent to 15 days' rental at the daily rate of the package you have subscribed to. After the agreed pick-up date, no cancellation will be possible.
Can I change my options ?
No, it's not possible to change the options subscribed after the contract has been taken out, nor during the term of the contract, except for the additional driver option.
What happens if I do extra kilometers during my contract ?
Additional kilometers are billed according to the rates shown in the Moovy specific rates appendix. It is possible to add one or more additional kilometer packages of 900km.
Can I extend my long-term leasing contract ?
The contract is tacitly renewed identically each month for a period of 30 days.
Can I cancel early ?
It is not possible to terminate your subscription before the end of your commitment period. If you still wish to return the vehicle, early termination fees amounting to 50% of the total amount due until the end of your commitment will be charged to you.
