FAQs

The deductible is the portion of the cost of a claim that you pay yourself when the rented vehicle is damaged or stolen. The rental company covers the rest, within the limits of the contract. The higher the deductible, the greater your financial exposure; purchasing deductible coverage helps mitigate this risk.

Partial deductible waiver (PCDW) reduces the maximum amount you may be responsible for in the event of covered damage. Total deductible waiver (TCDW) reduces this deductible to €0 for damage covered by the option. Their availability and terms depend on the vehicle you choose and the rental agreement.
