ARTICLE 1 - ORGANIZATION OF THE GAME

GTM LOCATION, a single-member limited liability company with share capital of 510,000.00 euros, whose registered office is located at Centre commercial Matoury - Rn 1 ZA 97351 Matoury, registered in the Cayenne Trade and Companies Register under SIREN number 403 180 748, hereinafter referred to as "the organizer", is organizing a no-obligation game entitled "GRAND JEU: STLG 2024" which will take place from Friday, March 8 to Sunday, March 9, 2024. This Game is organized in the form of a draw.

ARTICLE 2 - CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

This free contest is open to all individuals of legal age residing in French Guyana, with the exception of employees of the organizing company and their families, as well as all persons involved in the preparation of the contest. Participation in this Game implies unreserved acceptance of these rules. Any person who contravenes one or more of the articles of the present rules will be deprived of the possibility of taking part in the Game, as well as of any prize that may have been won.

ARTICLE 3 - TERMS OF PARTICIPATION

The Game consists of a "Prize Draw" which takes place according to the rules below. To take part in the Game, simply fill in the online form available to participants, which can be accessed via Google form at the following address: https://forms.gle/U663smoBCRsBGCU69. To be validated, the form must include the following information: surname, first name, telephone number and e-mail address. The Participant can take part by scanning the QR code leading to the online form. The Participant is reminded that it is his or her responsibility to ensure that all personal information required for the Game (name, surname and telephone number) is entered correctly, and that the telephone is working properly. Otherwise, any prize won will not be awarded. Please note that no claims will be accepted if the Participant has given an invalid telephone number and/or e-mail address, or if the Participant is prevented for any reason from listening to his/her voicemail and/or reading his/her e-mails. Any participation containing an anomaly (incomplete, erroneous, crossed out, etc.) will not be taken into consideration, and will be considered null and void. In particular, those who, by any means whatsoever, attempt to modify the proposed Game mechanisms, in particular in order to alter the results, will be excluded. The same individual may not play with more than one surname, first name or telephone number, nor may he or she play in the name and on behalf of anyone other than himself or herself. In general, any abusive behaviour that distorts the very principle of the Game (methods, tricks, manoeuvres designed to eliminate the effect of chance, etc.) or any attempt at fraud or cheating by a Participant will render his/her participation null and void.

ARTICLE 4 - DESIGNATION OF WINNERS

The winners will be drawn at random on Monday March 11, 2024 at 6 pm. The draw will determine the winners from among the Participants who have completed and validated the entry form. The winners will be announced on Monday March 11 on Europcar Guyane's Instagram and will be contacted directly by email and/or by a single voice message by telephone by the organizer within 15 days of the draw in order to send or communicate their win.

ARTICLE 6 - IDENTIFICATION OF WINNERS AND ELIMINATION OF ENTRIES

Entrants authorize verification of their identity and of all information provided on the entry form. Entries which are not fully completed and/or which contain incomplete or false contact details will not be taken into consideration and will result in elimination. Likewise, failure to comply with the present rules, as well as any fraud or attempted cheating, whatever the means used, will result in the pure and simple elimination of the author's participation.

ARTICLE 7 - MODIFICATION OF THE GAME DATES AND EXTENSION OF THE NUMBER OF PRIZES

GTM Location, the organizer, shall not be held liable in the event of force majeure or events beyond its control if it is forced to cancel the present game. The organizer also reserves the right to extend or limit the participation period, to postpone it or to modify the conditions, and cannot be held liable in this regard. Additions and modifications to these rules may be published during the Game. They will be considered as annexes to these rules. Any changes will be notified in advance by any appropriate means after the amendment has been submitted.

ARTICLE 8 - DRAW

The draw will be carried out at random. All electronic entries will be entered into a file, with a number allocated to each participant. The draw will take place on Monday, December 11, 2024. For each prize, a winner will be determined according to the draw.

ARTICLE 9 - USE OF THE WINNER'S IDENTITY

Your personal data is processed by GTM Location, the organizer, acting as recipient and data controller. In accordance with applicable European and French data protection regulations, data may be requested by email to : @ . By completing the form to participate in our game, you consent to the processing and collection of your personal data. The personal data collected is mandatory. If you do not provide the required data, you will not be able to participate in the game. It is intended exclusively for GTM Location, the organizer, for the sole purpose of taking into account your participation in the Game, managing the winner, awarding prizes and to meet legal and regulatory obligations. Your personal data will be immediately deleted once the Game has come to an end and will be kept for a maximum of 3 years if you agree to its use for commercial prospecting purposes. This period may be extended if there is a risk of litigation in order to defend your interests. You may withdraw your consent at any time. You have the right to access, rectify, delete and port your data, to limit and oppose the processing of your data, and the right to define directives concerning the fate of your personal data after your death. To exercise these rights, please send your request to i@. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Commission lnformatique et Libertés. The first name of the winner of the Game may be mentioned on the networks, but under no circumstances may any information (such as address, full name, etc.) be divulged that would enable the winner to be fully identified.

ARTICLE 10 - LIABILITY

GTM Location, the organizer, shall use its best efforts to provide access to the Game. In addition, GTM location, the organizer, shall not be held liable in any way for problems accessing the online form or for the delivery of the prize. Any prize not claimed within 1 month shall be forfeited by the winner and shall remain the property of GTM Location, the organizer.

ARTICLE 11 - PERSONAL DATA

The personal data collected will be used solely for the organization of the Game. The data collected will be kept until the winner has been designated. The Participant may access his/her personal information by sending an email to the following address: @. The data collected for participation in the Game will be processed by the Organizing Body. In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, as amended by the Act of August 6, 2004, each Participant has a right of access to and the right to request additional information and rectification of data concerning them, and, where applicable, to object to the processing of their data, their transmission to third parties or their deletion, by contacting the service. If, after contacting GTM Location, the organizer, the customer considers that his or her data protection rights have not been respected, he or she may lodge a complaint with the CNIL.

ARTICLE 13 - JURISDICTION AND INTERPRETATION OF THE RULES

Any dispute concerning the interpretation of these rules shall be settled by GTM Location, the organizer. Participation in this Game implies unreserved acceptance of these rules and all their stipulations as well as the laws and regulations in force on French territory and in particular the provisions applicable to the Games and lotteries in force. No telephone or written request concerning the interpretation or application of these rules, the mechanisms and terms of the Game or the winner will be answered. In the event of a dispute, only a registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt sent within 30 days of the end of the Contest will be accepted. Except in the case of obvious errors, it is agreed that the information resulting from GTM Location's Game systems shall be deemed conclusive in any dispute as to the connection elements and computer processing of said information relating to the Game. Prior to any legal action related to or in connection with these rules (in particular, their application or interpretation), Participants agree to seek amicable and free recourse from GTM Location, the organizer. Participants are subject to French regulations applicable to games and contests. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably will be submitted to the competent courts of GTM Location's jurisdiction.
