The Rum Fair of Guyane returns to Cayenne on November 15–16, 2025, for a vibrant second edition. Hosted at the prestigious Hôtel Loubère, this unique event blends heritage, gastronomy, music, and sensory discovery around an iconic product: rum. Following the great success of its inaugural edition in 2024, the fair is set to become a must-attend experience for enthusiasts, curious travelers, and industry professionals.

For this new edition, the show will take you on a journey through three geographical pavilions:

• Antilles-Guyane: French Guiana, Martinique, Guadeloupe;

• Caribbean: Haiti, Cuba, Dominican Republic, Barbados

• and South America: Brazil, Suriname, Guyana, Colombia, Venezuela.

Visitors will be able to explore the specificities of over 20 rum houses from 12 different countries. From Martinique to Haiti, via Venezuela and Colombia, each stand will be an invitation to discover the aromas, traditions and know-how of rum-producing territories.

A dynamic program for all audiences

Over two full days, the Rum Fair 2025 promises a rich and engaging program:

• Guided tastings of premium rums,

• Expert-led conferences and masterclasses with renowned speakers like Alexandre Vingtier and Jerry Gitany,

• A cultural exhibition on rum and local communities curated by historian Nathalie Cazelles,

• Culinary pairings created by the chefs of Les Toques Guyanaises,

• Live concerts in a vibrant and friendly atmosphere,

• A pop-up store featuring more than 40 exclusive rum references to discover and purchase.
