Terms & Conditions

On our website, you can directly select your return agency different from your departure agency. For a change during the rental period, please call the selected return agency to validate your return. Moreover, if the information is not transmitted and registered by Europcar French Guiana, before your actual return to a different agency than the one of your departure, you will be liable for vehicle abandonment fees. The return to a different agency is only authorized after acceptance by Europcar French Guiana and during the opening hours of the returning agency.

Conditions of the One Way option

• The one way option is only possible in the direction Cayenne/Matoury to Kourou/Saint-Laurent du Maroni.

• Customers will be asked to leave the rental vehicle in the Guyane Automobile dealerships of Kourou or Saint-Laurent du Maroni.

• In case of return of the vehicle in a Europcar agency and outside the opening hours, the main driver remains responsible for the vehicle and the expenses generated until the opening of the agency and the inspection made by a Europcar agent.

• In case of abandonment of a vehicle outside of a Europcar agency, the main driver remains responsible for all costs associated with the repatriation of the vehicle and costs associated with any damage (without insurance coverage).

Rates of the option

• The One way to Saint-Laurent du Maroni is 120€.

• The One way to Kourou is 60€.
