Return to Felix Eboué Airport Agency

• ✅Fill up with fuel before returning the vehicle (the fuel level must be the same as when you picked it up). The nearest gas station is Total Matoury (🔗geolocate the station).

• ✅Clean the interior and exterior of the vehicle to avoid being overcharged.

• ✅Park in the P3 parking lot, in the Europcar spaces.

• ✅Make sure you collect all your personal belongings. Check the glove compartment, door pockets, doors, and trunk.

• ✅Go to the Europcar counter in the arrivals area to return your keys. You can ask an agent to accompany you to make the return, or leave your keys in the key box.

💡Tip: if you are flying, allow a little extra time to return the car with peace of mind.

Return to Collery Agency

• ✅Fill up the fuel tank before returning the car (the fuel level must be the same as when you picked it up). The nearest gas station is Total Collery (🔗geolocate the station).

• ✅Clean the interior and exterior of the vehicle to avoid being overcharged.

• ✅Park in the agency parking lot.

• ✅Make sure you collect all your personal belongings (check the glove compartment, door pockets, doors, and trunk).

• ✅Go to the Europcar counter. Please note that returns are only possible during opening hours / there is no key box.

Slow down carefully, park in a safe place, and turn on your hazard lights. Use the spare tire or puncture repair kit available in the vehicle, and go to the nearest garage to repair or replace the damaged tire. If necessary, contact our Europcar French Guiana assistance service:

⚠️ Important: If you replace a tire, it is essential to fit a tire of the same brand and model as those already on the vehicle. Otherwise, you may be charged for a new tire.

In the event of a technical incident, our Assistance service will respond as quickly as possible to get the vehicle back on the road or exchange it on site.
