Car Rental Return
Need details on the steps involved in returning your rental car? Find all the indications and answers on the return of the rented vehicle in this FAQ.
Be sure to return your rental vehicle on time to the location indicated on your rental contract. Europcar Guiana agencies have different opening hours which you can consult here to avoid additional charges. In the event of delays, please call us as soon as possible on +594 594 35 18 27!
Keys are to be returned to the agency by our staff. If you are returning your car at the airport, a key box is available at the Europcar counter. You can leave your keys there at any time, even outside opening hours.

The possible damages that have occurred during the rental period. Upon return of the vehicle, one of our agents will evaluate the damage caused according to the vehicle's condition sheet. They will be listed on the form that you will have to sign (if you are present). In case of damage, you will be charged for the damage caused during the rental period.

Upon return of the rental vehicle You may be charged for certain items if : The vehicle has not been refueled. Our agents will check the fuel level on return of the vehicle. You will be invoiced, if necessary, according to the fuel option chosen. The vehicle is damaged. Our agents will check that the rental car is returned in the same condition as when you left. If any damage is reported, you will be invoiced according to the insurance policy taken out. You have not handed over any additional equipment.
Please note that if you receive a parking ticket during the rental period, an administrative fee of €30 will be charged. The ticket will then be sent to your home address.
