What does your MOOVY plan include?
With MOOVY, your lease is based on a monthly flat rate tied to a vehicle category and a contractual mileage limit. The terms of insurance, coverage, maintenance, and roadside assistance must be detailed in the quote and lease documents.
Important note: Not everything is necessarily included in the monthly payment. An additional driver, delivery, or supplemental coverage may incur extra charges. Before signing, take the time to review the coverage, deductibles, exclusions, and the cost of additional kilometers.

📒 The (few) requirements that must be met
To take full advantage of the benefits, you simply need to meet the following criteria:
Be 21 years of age or older.
Hold a valid driver’s license issued by a European Union country for at least 1 year. Please note that the required length of time you’ve held your license may vary depending on the vehicle category you choose.
Be a French resident.
Additionally, if you plan to add an additional driver to your policy, that driver must also meet these same criteria.

FAQ — Monthly Car Rentals in French Guiana
Yes, you can cancel your subscription free of charge, provided that you send an e-mail to reservation@europcar-guyane.com 7 calendar days before the scheduled pick-up date. If you cancel less than 7 days before the scheduled pick-up date, you will be required to pay a penalty equivalent to 15 days' rental at the daily rate of the package you have subscribed to. After the agreed pick-up date, no cancellation will be possible.
No, it's not possible to change the options subscribed after the contract has been taken out, nor during the term of the contract, except for the additional driver option.
Additional kilometers are billed according to the rates shown in the Moovy specific rates appendix. It is possible to add one or more additional kilometer packages of 900km.
The contract is tacitly renewed identically each month for a period of 30 days.
It is not possible to terminate your subscription before the end of your commitment period. If you still wish to return the vehicle, early termination fees amounting to 50% of the total amount due until the end of your commitment will be charged to you.
Yes. The security deposit listed ranges from €600 to €1,000, depending on the vehicle category. The final amount must be specified in the quote.
The service is available to both individuals and businesses, particularly for temporary assignments, transfers, and situations where additional vehicles are needed.
